Neha Dutt
Founder and host
Neha has led country, sovereign and financial institution risk across Sub-Saharan Africa at Barclays and across Latin America and EEMEA at Deutsche Bank, where she was one of the youngest Vice Presidents. Her studies in Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge's Institute for Sustainability Leadership, deepened her understanding that the resilience of organisations and the natural systems that underpin them are inseparable.
Today, Neha leads the UK Government's work on the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), exploring how best to integrate financially materialnature-related disclosures into UK policy and reporting. At Defra, she is head of policy on nature-related risks and opportunities. As a Non-Executive Director at Bright Tide, she is helping channel market energy towards financially viabletechnological solutions that positively impact/reduce harm to nature.
Neha's leadership has been recognised nationally, from being a finalist for Boris Johnson's Prime Minister's Award for Exceptional Public Service to receiving Michael Gove's commendation for her contribution to the UK's 25 Year Environment Plan. While pursuing her Bachelor's in Economics, she won India's prestigious and highly competitive Habitat Young Visionary Award and a Cambridge summer school scholarship.
Shivanghi Aggarwal
Strategic & design lead
Shivanghi is Head of Strategic Storytelling at Rewiggle, where she brings together design, strategy and narrative to create meaningful change.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture, business and service design, she is passionate about creating meaningful grassroots impact, particularly across climate, nature and food systems. Her approach combines empathy, systems thinking and commercial pragmatism to design solutions that create value for both people and organisations.
Shivanghi holds a Master's in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. Her thesis explored the intersection of UK food systems, farming and natural capital through extensive qualitative research with farmers and industry stakeholders. Based on these insights, she designed a digital service to help farmers access private investment for nature recovery. The project was selected for the prestigious InnovationRCA Launchpad and shortlisted for the Terra Carta Design Lab.

Previously, Shivanghi has worked across architecture, business design and service design. As a Co-Design Manager at DEFRA, she led co-design on a £2 billion packaging reform program, working across policy, delivery and stakeholder engagement. She now works as a Service Designer at NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), where she helps design user-centred public services that make it easier for people to access financial support with NHS health and treatment costs.
Jaya Banerji
Communications lead
Jaya has over two decades of multi-sectoral, multi- disciplinary experience in communications, focusing on neglected diseases, fragile health systems and their impact on underserved populations. Her diverse roles have included advice to scientists, boards and international bodies on communication strategies and risk mitigation.
Jaya's deep interest in people, planet and public health has guided her career decisions. She has worked with a pioneering humanitarian organisation, a management consultancy and drug research organisations. She holds a BA (Econ), University of Delhi; and an MPH, University of Liverpool.

Tom is Rewiggle's producer, bringing together storytelling, video and sound to shape each conversation into a clear and engaging episode.
His background in international development, education and communications has shown him how easily urgent issues can become abstract, technical or overwhelming. He is passionate about Rewiggle because it focuses instead on people who are responding with imagination, courage and practical action.
